One-bedroom apartments at Crestview Commons currently start at $1,539 per month (A3 ADA) and go up to $1,920 per month (L1). Most 1-bedroom floor plans list a starting price, but the A5 floor plan shows "Contact Us" instead of a price. Call the leasing office for current A5 pricing. Base rent is monthly; additional fees may apply (such as utilities, package delivery, trash, water, and amenities), and deposits vary. Where is Crestview Commons located?
Crestview Commons is at 801 Sugaree Ave., Austin, TX 78757, at the corner of Sugaree Ave and North Lamar Boulevard in North Austin's Crestview neighborhood. Crestview Station (Capital MetroRail Red Line) is a few minutes away, MoPac and 183 are close by, and The Domain, The University of Texas, and Apple are about 15 minutes away. Learn more on our Neighborhood page. Nearby spots include H-E-B, Whole Foods Market, Target, Little Deli & Pizzeria, Summer Moon Coffee, Mueller Lake Park, and Mayfield Park and Nature Preserve. The community is zoned to Brentwood Elementary, Lamar Middle School, and McCallum High School.
Is parking available?
Yes. Residents get free enclosed garage parking, and reserved parking spaces are available for $45 per month. Guest parking is available outside the garage gate, and street parking is available nearby. Contact the leasing office for current parking availability.
What lease terms are available?
Short-term leases are offered, but you'll need to contact the leasing office for availability and rates. All leases require a 60-day notice to vacate. Renter's insurance is required. For early lease termination, contact the leasing office.
How many people can live in a 1-bedroom apartment?
The occupancy policy allows up to two adults per bedroom, plus one child under the age of two. Anyone over 18 must apply, be approved, and be added to the lease.
Are there any discounts?
Yes. Crestview Commons offers $200 off the first full month's rent for qualified employees of Amazon, IBM, Apple, Dell, Meta (Facebook), Indeed, Tesla, the State of Texas, and the University of Texas, as well as healthcare workers, teachers, and military personnel. Contact the leasing office for eligibility details. There's also a $1,000 referral bonus for eligible resident referrals.
What utilities and internet providers serve the community?
The city of Austin provides electricity and water, and Texas Gas provides gas. Available cable and internet providers are Astound and AT&T.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. If it isn't paid by the 5th, late fees equal to 10% of the monthly rent begin on the 6th. Residents can pay rent and submit maintenance requests through the online Resident Portal.
Is smoking allowed?
No. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
What is the guest policy?
Guests are welcome, but anyone not on the lease can't stay more than two days in any one week, or more than four days in any one month, without prior written approval from management.
How do I apply or schedule a tour?
You can apply online using the "Apply Now" button on the floor plans page, or book a tour online. You can also call the leasing office at (512) 503-4401 or reach out through the Contact page. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The office is closed on Sunday.
