Rent is due on the 1st of each month. If rent is not paid by the 5th, late fees equal to 10% of the monthly rent will begin to accrue starting on the 6th. Please contact the leasing office if you have any questions regarding your account or payment options.

Community Amenities

Our community offers free enclosed garage parking for residents, as well as reserved parking spaces for $45 per month. Located right off North Lamar Boulevard, there is also street parking available nearby for guests and additional convenience. Please contact the leasing office for current availability and additional parking details.
Yes! Residents have access to a 24-hour fitness center and cyber lounge, along with a rooftop sky lounge and indoor sky lounge for relaxing or gathering with friends. The pool and pool lounge are open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, giving you plenty of opportunities to unwind and enjoy the community
Yes! Residents can reserve our community amenity space for private events. The rental fee is $250 for up to four hours, plus a refundable $500 security deposit. Please contact the leasing office for availability, reservation details, and current rental policies.

Roommates & Occupancy

Yes. Our occupancy policy allows up to two adults per bedroom, plus one child under the age of two. If you have questions about household size, roommates, or specific leasing requirements, please contact the leasing office for more information.
Guests are always welcome; however, anyone not listed on the lease may not stay in the home for more than two days in any one week or more than four days in any one month without prior written approval from management. If you have questions about the guest policy or need approval for an extended stay, please contact the leasing office.
Yes! Guest parking is available outside the garage gate, and street parking is also available nearby. Please follow all posted parking signs and community guidelines. If you have questions about guest parking or overnight parking, please contact the leasing office.
